Registering with a private GP at our clinic requires just a matter of few seconds. We will need your name, gender and email address, and these don’t need to be real, unless you are seeking a repeat prescription or are seeking a prescription for controlled medicine. The GP asks for other information they need during the consultation session. Even overseas visitors are welcome at the clinic without the need for additional documents.

The appointments with discounted rates purchase are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours before the start time of the appointment. There is no refund available after this time. You may cancel an appointment by logging into your account.

Yes, we treat people of all age group. We may even facilitate a referral to a paediatrician. We only treat children for whom you have parental responsibility so, bring with the identification for both you and your child.

No. We deal with medical problems that require attention on the same day but it is not an emergency service. In the case of an emergency, please dial 999.
